  • Standard shipping time is 4-7 business days depending on your region. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues, but we will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.

  • All orders over US$300 qualify for free shipping. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing Shea Hair Collective.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status on our website’s Track Your Order page.

  • Please double-check and confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, misdeliveries, or additional charges incurred from incorrect addresses.

  • Upon delivery, inspect the package and the product immediately. If anything seems damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence so we can assist you promptly.
