2. Orders, Pricing & Product Details

All orders are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate descriptions for our human hair products — texture, curl pattern, color, and length — but natural human hair may vary slightly.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or pricing mistakes.

When you place an order, what you see is your responsibility — ensure correct selection of hair type (straight, curly, body wave, etc.), length, color, lace type, units, and other options.

3. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party gateways. Your payment information (credit/debit card, digital wallets) is handled by those processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

You must provide current, accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. If any information is incorrect, we aren’t responsible for issues arising (delays, non-delivery, misdeliveries).

In lieu of refunds, all eligible returns under our Returns & Exchanges Policy will receive store credit only.

Store credit will be issued once returned product is delivered to our warehouse & passes inspection.

7. Product Use & Care

You are responsible for proper care of human hair extensions, wigs, frontals, and closures. Improper use, chemical processing, over-bleaching, color alteration, wrong installation, or misuse voids return eligibility and any warranty.

Always follow the hair care, installation, and maintenance instructions provided.

8. Loyalty, Authenticity & Warranties

We guarantee that our human hair is 100% virgin / remy human hair (or as described). We stand by our quality: limited warranty may apply for manufacturing defects (shedding beyond normal, texture issues), which will be evaluated case-by-case. However, damage caused by misuse, chemical alteration, or lace being cut (if applicable) is not covered.

9. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the Site — images, text, product descriptions, logos — is the property of Shea Hair Collective or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use such content without our permission.

User content (reviews, photos) you submit may be used by Shea Hair Collective for marketing, social media, or site features. When you post or submit, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content.
